You have a few options if you lost your card:
1. Stop by the Customer Service booth at any store, and request a replacement.
2. Contact Heinen’s Customer Relations, anytime between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, at 1-855-475-2300, Ext 2337 to request a replacement.
3. Simply use your phone number on file at checkout, which is linked to your account.
